Squish relaxing?

One of the fun things about Squish is you just never know for sure what to expect. She has such a wide range of personality traits that any can pop up at any moment. She does really enjoy doing her own thing and rarely just follows the crowd. Early on she clearly established there was no space too small or too dark for her to turn into her next hideout or favorite napping hideaway. Unlike our other cats, Squish rarely loses out to competition for her favorite spots because no other cat would dare try to squeeze into such a tiny hole or could even fit in if they were interested. It’s pure genius!

Squish found a new hidey hole!

Nearly all of our cats love boxes. Many of them also love paper grocery bags. Squish is usually first in line when these bags become available. She knows she needs to get in a bag quickly before Oliver gets to the bag. The reason for this big rush is because Squish likes to go IN the bag and Oliver likes to lay ON the bag. Oliver has been known to lay ON the bag while another cat is still IN the bag…not cool. He does not do this to Squish for some reason. It might be because she looks just like him, but a much smaller version. You might call her an Oliver mini-me!

Next time you go to the store see if you can get a couple of paper bags. After you get home put one or two on the floor and wait to see what your cats do. It can be lots of fun for FREE!
